B. Pharmacy First Year
Candidate should be Indian National and should have passed HSSC (XII)
Examination of Maharashtra State
Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects;
English,
Physics, Chemistry & Biology/Mathematics and secured minimum 45% marks. i. e: Not less than 135
marks
out of 300 Marks (minimum 40% Marks i.e. Not less than 120 marks out of 300 marks in case of
Candidate
of Backward Class category belonging only to Maharashtra State) in the subjects of Physics,
Chemistry
and Biology / Mathematics added together (Maximum of marks obtained in Biology/mathematic shall be
considered for the purpose of addition.)
B. Pharmacy (Direct to Second Year):
Candidate should be Indian National and should have passed Post SSC or
HSC Diploma Course in Pharmacy
with at least 50 % marks (45 % marks in case of candidates of backward class categories belonging
only
to Maharashtra State) from an AICTE/PCI approved institutes with English as the medium of
instruction at
diploma level.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
(A) FIRST YEAR BACHLOR OF PHARMACY:
- State CET Cell, Mumbai, is a competent authority for admission to B. Pharm course in the State of
Maharashtra. Competent authority every year conducts a Common Entrance Test (CET) for B. Pharm Once
the Notification for admission to B. Pharm are placed on print, all the
- CET/NEET qualified students (Maharashtra State / OMS / All India Level Candidates) has to
register on-line (www.cetcell.mahacet.org) through CET cell approved Facilitation/Scrutiny centers
for Centralized Admission Process (CAP).
- All types of candidates seeking admissions to B. Pharm under CAP/Institute Level (IL) must register
and get documents verified at designated FC/SC centre.
- The inter-se-merit list is published on the website by competent authority on the basis of CET/NEET
score.
- The seats are allotted on-line on the basis of inter-se-merit for CAP I, CAP II andCAP III rounds.
- Students have to fill the Options/choices online through their login.
- The provisional allotment of CAP is displayed on website as per the published schedule. The
candidates report to allotted Institute and confirm the admission along with original documents and
fees
- Vacant seats, if any, after CAP III round are filled by the institute after putting advertisement
in print-media.
- After accepting the applications, institute level merit list is prepared after sorting the
applications and the admissions are made by personal counseling. The vacant seats are filled in by
the
Candidate from the same Category for which it was earmarked during the CAP. Further if the seats
remain
vacant then the seat is filled on the basis of Inter-SeMerit of the applicants.
- Institute constitutes admission committee for smooth conduction of admission procedure.
- The students are well informed about the rules and policies related to admission & the same are
displayed on Notice Board and in the brochure of Institute.
(B) DIRECT SECOND YEAR BACHLOR OF PHARMACY
Admissions are done through Centralized Admission Procedure (CAP) run by
Government ofMaharashtra, State
Common Entrance Test Cell, Mumbai on the basis of Diploma Score. If seatsremain vacant after Centralised
Admission Procedure, admissions are done by the Management at the Institute level.

Admission Procedure
The entire admission process is as per government of Maharashtra, Directorate of Technical Education
(DTE), Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE), Mumbai for the academic year. Candidates
seeking admission shall submit the application duly completed in all respects and all necessary
documents within the prescribed date in the institute office. The schedule shall be notified on the
college notice board.
